Get your Poma-t love here. And your opinion please - should second sock be another Pom, or a matching but not matching Child's First Sock in Shell Pattern, using same yarn??

Oh, that's really pretty. I don't know on the second sock. What do you feel like doing? I like the idea of socks that match because of yarn, not pattern, but I am also anal and don't know if I'd ever carry through with it.

There's a pattern for a mirror-reverse sock, called SUMOTAMOP (pomatomus spelled backwards). If you're interested, here's the link: http://paknitwit.blogspot.com/2006/06/sumotamop-thats-pomatomus-reversed.html

Rose, go the mirror reverse as suggested by Kate. I have knit both the patterns on your list and while they look a little similar, they behave quite differently. Poms are very stretchy, the others not so.
