this yarn and this pattern have been plagued with mishaps from the get-go. something about karma and needing to think good thoughts while knitting gift socks, i imagine. the pattern is actually really good but difficult to resize for a womans foot, and i really dislike the colourway (in case you hadnt noticed, im a shades of pink-red-purple girl).
anyway, they're done.
