Monkey socks completed last night. I love them! I used some hand-dyed wool bought at the Kingston Markets Fibre Arts day (Waratah Fibres, according to the label that came with them). The colours knitted up in pretty blue stripes, but not so stripey that you can't see the lace pattern. I still have enough wool left over to knit another pair of socks.
Next on the sock-making list is a pair of Jaywalkers. After that, I might give toe-up socks a whirl.
Keep churning out those socks!
