Finished Socks - Red Brick Go With The Flow

Mmmmmmmm I love these the reds are beautiful and look great against the blue of our couch.

They were very easy to knit up and were quick to complete when I had time on our recent sojourn to Tassie.

I can't wait for the blocking to finish so I can wear them and wear them.

It's a very easy to remember lace pattern (4 rows) I modified the pattern a bit and did a plain foot for comfort.

I spent the last non-weekend day of our holidays dyeing up a storm in my garden and have already cast on a pair of plain stocking stitch socks for dh in the red/blue colorway.

A near disaster averted.

My reckless destashing without considering the size of the project nearly bought me under last night. Luckily I was saved from the fire by the kind ladies at Blue Moon Fiber Arts.

For those of you considering this as a reward for yourself on meeting your goals - you will totally enjoy the customer service experience. They have even altered their shipping method internationally to be less expensive and more efficient to their customers.

Whenever you ask something it is usually done and I have the rescue skein winging it's way to me shortly. So my second pair for SSS is on the shelf until it's arrival. Moving on to another stocking stitch pair for dh this time.

read about it here.
